My duties You will support a team in the areas of payroll and time management You will be responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate processing of approximately 1800 salaries in Switzerland, as well as working with the payroll and time management systems You will work with HR colleagues to develop and maintain local HR policies and procedures related to payroll and time management issues You ensure the monthly payroll on SAP and are the contact person for all our employees for all matters relating to payroll and time management On the one hand, this includes ensuring correct data maintenance in the system based on Swiss tax and social security legislation and the existing internal regulations On the other hand, you ensure the monthly and annual time statements in the E3 (Ethelred) time recording system You enjoy the creation of personnel statistics using SAP standard reports, SAP Adhoc Query, E3 reporting functionalities and the use of Excel (including macros) You are responsible for certain areas You will work closely with First Level Support and answer complex questions regarding personnel data, remuneration, benefits, social benefits, withholding tax, entries/exits, shift plans, time accounting, etc., taking into account the statutory and HR guidelines You support the year-end processing and accounting, prepare accounting reports and work closely with our finance department to clarify any differences You will also work closely with other HR departments and, if necessary, escalate problems locally or globally My qualifications Completed commercial training and at least profound of experience in a comparable position in salary administration, preferably with knowledge of an HR shared services model in an international company and well-founded management experience Service and solution-oriented personalities who enjoy customer contact via telephone, chat, e-mail or ticketing tool In-depth knowledge of SAP payroll accounting – ideally also of Ethelred's E3 time management system You use the common MS Office programs with ease and ideally have knowledge of the HR system Workday Service and solution-oriented personalities who enjoy customer contact via telephone, chat, e-mail or ticketing Winning nature and appreciation of working in a well-positioned and committed young team They are used to both precise and efficient work and have high quality standards You must have very good language skills in German and English Further language skills round off your profile will be considered in a valuable way My benefits A very renowned company About Hays True financial experts are rare, in great demand and therefore have a high market value.
