to be definedThe SupplyChain Due DiligenceManager (all genders) is responsible for conducting thorough and in-depth research and analysis of our supplychain to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, such as the German SupplyChain Due Diligence Act LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz).This Group function is critical to protecting the Group's reputation and complying with legal requirements related to human rights and environmental due diligence in the supplychain.
Tasks Drive the design, implementation and further development of all processes for compliance in accordance with the SupplyChain Due Diligence ActsPerform research and analysis of suppliers, including their labor practices, environmental impact, and compliance with laws and regulationsIdentify and assess potential risks within the supplychain and develop strategies to mitigate themWork with suppliers to improve their compliance with legal and ethical standardsPrepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholdersImplement and monitor compliance and risk management policies and processesProvide guidance and training to all internal stakeholders on SupplyChain Due Diligence Act topics Required qualifications Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in supplychain management, or a related field5+ years of experience in supplychain management, with a focus on due diligence and risk managementKnowledge of industry regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and presentation skills in German and EnglishStrong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teamsPlanning, organising and coordinating skills in an international environment Preferred qualifications Advances business training (NDS, CAS, MAS, MBA or EMBA)Ability to work in a dynamic environmentMultilingual Benefits Career and Personal DevelopmentInternational Work EnvironmentProfitsharingComprehensive Pension PlanLarge Variety of Fringe Benefits Application Documents Cover letter, Resume, Transcripts, Letters of recommendation, Certifications Who we are Bühler as an employer We are working to create sustainable innovations for a better world.
