The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and at least 5 years of experience in the security field alongside excellent leadership skills.
Your tasks Lead a team of IT security professionals focused on securing our software systems.
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
Together with the product owner, you focus on ensuring the greatest possible benefit for our customers and our employees.
Work with development teams to ensure that security is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
Stay up to date with the latest security trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving security posture.
Manage security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth and development.
Our requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the IT security field.
Strong technical background in security, including knowledge of network security, application security, and cryptography.
Experience leading teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
