Join us remotely in France as soon as possible as a (Senior) Consultant Privileged Access Management (PAM) to tackle strategic and technical challenges in a rapidly evolving field!

How you’ll provide positive impact

As a (Senior) PAM Consultant (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and optimizing privileged access management solutions for our clients:

• Consulting and Expertise:
  
  
  Guide clients in defining their PAM strategies, assessing their needs, and recommending tailored solutions (e.g.,
  Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity).


• Implementation:
  
  
  Lead the deployment of PAM solutions, from initial setup to integration across diverse environments (cloud, hybrid, on-premises).


• Process Optimization:
  
  
  Configure secure workflows (e.g.,
  password rotation, account discovery, session management) and enhance security policies.


• Problem Resolution:
  
  
  Diagnose and resolve complex PAM-related issues, such as authentication failures or misconfigured settings.


• Training and Awareness:
  
  
  Train client teams on PAM tools and foster a cybersecurity culture.


• Technology Watch:
  
  
  Stay ahead of PAM trends (e.g.,
  Zero Trust, DevSecOps) to anticipate future needs and propose innovative solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced consultant with a strong affinity for Cybersecurity and a pragmatic approach to PAM.


The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years in Cybersecurity, including 3+ years implementing or managing PAM solutions (e.g.,
  Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk, BeyondTrust).


• Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent, or equivalent professional experience.


• Technical Skills:
  
  
  


• Proficiency in PAM solutions (configuration, integration, troubleshooting).


• Knowledge of Active Directory, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and hybrid setups.


• Familiarity with REST APIs, PowerShell, or Python scripting for PAM automation.


• Understanding of compliance standards (e.g.,
  GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).


• Explain complex concepts to diverse audiences (e.g.,
  CIOs, technical teams, auditors), while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.


• You are resilient and capable of dealing with critical situations (e.g.
  
  
  suspected criminal offences).


• Driven by a passion for PAM and emerging trends (e.g.,
  Zero Trust, DevSecOps), you combine a client-focused mindset with the ability to proactively deliver innovative, risk-aware solutions.


• Fluent French, professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international client interactions.


• CISSP, CISM, or PAM-specific certifications (e.g.,
  Delinea Certified Administrator, CyberArk Certified Defender) is preferred.
