The opportunity:
Within the Global Human Resources Department and reporting to the VP GlobalTalent, Learning and Development, the GlobalTalentAcquisitionDirector, will be responsible for creating a best:
in:
class recruitment experience, providing to Sephora's candidates and recruiters the same attention as they do with their customers.
As a GlobalTalentAcquisitionDirector, you will identify the best TA initiatives across regions to roll them out and encourage best practice sharing at a global scale, working hand in hand with the globalTalent management and HR Digital teams.
You will define Sephora's TalentAcquisition strategy and roadmap, manage global projects, develop innovative ways to recruit and retain our talents and implement performance metrics to continuously challenge our practices and benchmark our progress.

Partner with TalentAcquisition representatives to achieve our common ambition, share best practices, coordinate processes and projects development and amplify our actions in each location.

Animate regular TalentAcquisition Community Meetings to build a common framework, share best practices and drive consistency across regions.

Represent TalentAcquisition at Sephora within the broader LVMH Group framework and partner with colleagues from other Maisons to identify synergies and accelerate Sephoras recruiting capabilities.

Conduct a diagnosis on Sephora's global TA organization through the lens of organization, processes, roles and responsibilities, metrics and KPIs, technologies, policies in order to recommend a global Sephora TA roadmap.

Build Sephora's comprehensive globalTalentAcquisition strategy, with a tailored approach to specific function and market needs.

TA excellence:
Optimize the organization and processes to enhance internal customer service and elevate both the candidate and recruiter experience, ensuring that every candidate has a unique recruitment experience from start to finish.
Training and Recruitment efficiency

Map existing recruitment training programs and content.

Build the learning path and certifications on recruitment to ensure each HR and recruiting manager are regularly trained.

Develop a recruitment toolkit for stores.
Analytics and Tools

Bring data analytics to build hiring forecasts and to enable informed decisions.

Maximize, with the support of the Global HRIS team and LVMH, the use of recruiting tools and technologies to streamline activities and remain at the forefront of TalentAcquisition.

Review the extent to which our current TalentAcquisition practices support our diversity goals in partnership with internal functional experts.
