Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.


• Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services.


• Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.


• Provide clear information and guidance about services to enhance customer understanding.


• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.


• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.


• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.


• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.


• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
