The Account Manager will lead the growth of Clinisys laboratory solutions in the French market.

Clinisys is recruiting an Account Manager for Clinisys Laboratory Solutions.

This position is placed under the responsibility of the VP Account Management Europe & UKI.

The candidate is based at home with frequent travel to France.

The Account Manager is responsible for the sale of Clinisys Laboratory solutions, mainly to French customers.

He works closely with the Sales team and Account Management team for Europe and Italy, as well as the Customer Service and Support team for BENELUX.

The Account Manager uses their healthcare and laboratory network to continually develop, adapt and strengthen the relationship and engagement with customers.

He/she becomes a trusted customer advisor.The Account Manager is responsible for carrying out sales and account planning and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities Achieve an agreed turnover target or sales quota by identifying and winning business from existing customers and ensuring total customer satisfaction.Meet and organize regular meetings with key clients and prospects, typically large and well-known hospitals and laboratory groups.Work closely with existing Clinisys customers to determine their current and future needs and propose products, services and upgrades through after-sales service.Follow up on referrals/leads, organize product demonstrations and participate in exhibitions, user groups and reference site visits.Maintain in-depth product knowledge that allows you to credibly present and discuss Clinisys offerings and solutions.Prepare sales proposals and negotiate prices and discounts (if applicable) in accordance with organizational policies and in liaison with technical support staff.Understand the client's strategy and objectives, purchasing criteria and identify decision-making processes, and establish long-term commercial partnerships in order to optimize the benefits of the relationship.Cross-sell Clinisys laboratory solutions to existing clinical laboratory customers.Develop a network of thought leaders in the market and ensure that this network maintains a positive perception of Clinisys and its solutions.Stay abreast of market changes that impact the laboratory and study how they can help/hinder the organization's ability to win more business and stay abreast of competitors' sales strategies.Develop and manage the account management plan for its clients.

Key Responsibilities Proven experience selling enterprise healthcare software.Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions and proven sales ability, including exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.Knowledge of clinical laboratory processes and excellent personal reputation in the French healthcare market.Act as a business leader, researching opportunities, exploring possibilities, passionate about finding the right solution for their client and bringing projects/deals to fruition.Extremely customer focused, he establishes and maintains excellent commercial and personal relationships and is able to integrate easily into a team.Able to work independently, set priorities appropriately and make timely decisions, for which he/she is responsible and accountable.Autonomous, very energetic, pragmatic and able to learn quickly.Good knowledge of software implementation is an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills, perfect command of French and English.
