The Administrative and Finance Responsible will oversee financial operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the company’s rapid growth in the semiconductor industry.
This role involves accounting tasks and supervision, financial reporting, compliance management, and operational coordination to ensure smooth business functions.
Finance & Accounting:
Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and cash flow management (including payment preparation) Manage accounts payable/receivable, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Manage office operations, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with administrative policies, contracts, and company regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
~ 3+ years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a start-up or high-tech industry ~ Strong knowledge of financial management, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
~ Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
~ English read, spoken, and written, minimum level C1 or equivalent.
