The Role We're looking for an exceptional Construction Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivery across our Datacentre project in Châtres.
You will be the backbone of our project team
- managing documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth execution from initial design to final handover.
You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain tight control over timelines, budgets, and compliance in high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports.
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications between stakeholders.
Track contract compliance, procurement logs, and construction milestones.
Support site teams with document control and administrative logistics.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to data centre and pharmaceutical environments.
Manage digital tools and construction software.
What We’re Looking For Minimum
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction.
Proficient in administration and document control software.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced project settings.
