HotelAssistantParis2024 JLE recruits a HOTELASSISTANT for on-site operational support to a senior manager in planning and implementing a VIP Hospitality Program for one of the top Sponsors for the Paris Olympics 2024.

Responsibilities:
Assisting Hotel manager with day-to-day operations Assisting with planning hotel operations:
room drops, welcome desk, room preparation and allocation, check-in and check-out procedures, mini-bars Liaison with reception and guest services team of the hotel Preparing the rooming lists for the staff Assist the Hotel Manager in the planning of Event/Hotel Host training Coordination of check in and check out process at the hotel Coordination of usage of additional venues of the hotel (meeting rooms and others) Reconciliation with the hotel Dealing with any issues Manage any changes as necessary; schedule changes, room moves, room upgrades etc.
Profile:
Highly dynamic and positive attitude At least 2 years working in an event agency or hospitality industry Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines Must be comfortable with managing last minute changes Based in Paris (no accommodation will be supplied) Great communication skills Organised Autonomous Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects Excellent relationship-building skills FLUENT in French and English (written and spoken) Sport afficionado (a bonus) Dates:
