As part of a growing team specialized in InformationSecurity and Compliance, you will participate in the implementation of solution to develop and enforce security and regulatory standards.
The international context of the company will allow you to develop your skills in a stimulating environment and perpetual source of new challenges.
Your main mission will be to support and monitor the companys business continuity and disaster recovery planning program.
You will be involved in plan documentation, business continuity testing, incident management, and employee training.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Business Continuity:
:
Design and develop documentation, framework, strategies, and standards for BCP/DRP.
:
Development of Business Impact Analysis assessments.
:
Coordination and support for annual exercises for recovery.
:
Production of reports including lessons learned.
:
Development of response plans for key scenario (ie.
3rd party outage, ransomware, DC outage, etc.)
:
Provide training and awareness to employees to prepare them to respond in the event of an incident.
:
Development of relevant KPIs and dashboard on BCP/DRP.
Other missions:
:
Development of a Risk Management Plan.
:
Improvement of current Third Party/Vendor Assessment process.
:
Improvement of current Project Security Assessment process.
:
Support to complete customer/ Insurance / Audit questionnaire.
:
Support to InfoSec Training and Awareness program (Phishing campaign, Cyber Security communication)
:
Support to regulatory standard implementation
PROFIL
:
You have basic knowledge of Business Continuity Management practices and protocols as ISO 22301 (certification will be a plus) and you have at least 2:
3 years of experience in crisis/incident management.
:
You have a great ease in oral and written communication combined with a very good sense of formalization.
:
You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, professional awareness, flexibility, dynamism, and motivation.
You are comfortable with written and spoken English (given the international dimension of the company this is necessary).
