The Project Operation Business Division is looking for a
Senior Process Engineer (F/M)

Context:
Axens Project Operations Business Division (POP) provides advanced technologies, engineering design, modular units, and technical services.
We seek Senior Process Engineers for the Process Department, working on basic engineering projects, modular units development, and new technologies.

Assigned to a Process Group, you will participate in international projects and supervise the design of Axens process units.
Your main activities include:
- Supervising and managing the Process team on license or module projects,
- Coordinating with other departments (Drafting, Engineering, Project, Technology),
- Training junior Process engineers,
- Maintaining good customer relationships,
- Participating in new technologies and market development,
- Contributing to integrating site feedbacks for continuous improvement.
This role involves travel for international meetings and seminars.
Knowledge and Required Level:
Degree in chemical engineering (Master's or equivalent).
You have at least 5 years of experience in an engineering firm or within the refining, petrochemical, gas, chemical, or biochemical industries.
You are experienced in process engineering tasks such as:
- Process modeling using software like Pro II, Hysys, etc.,
- Equipment specification (pumps, compressors, drums, etc.),
- Process flow diagrams, P&ID,
- Process control and safety.
Experience supporting units operations is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are appreciated.
You are curious, open-minded, motivated to work internationally, and adaptable to collaborative and multicultural environments.
