Supply Chain Assistant (Work-Study Program)
The Supply Chain department manages a video game distribution network comprising 8 distribution subsidiaries and 9 warehouses, covering more than 60 countries.
Missions :
Order Management
- Support the management of subsidiaries’ orders from production to delivery.
- Track deliveries and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time shipments.
- Update internal reports to monitor delivery progress.
Transport Management
- Assist Supply Chain Coordinators with logistics for EU and international transport.
- Centralize and manage export documentation.
- Support internal departments with their specific logistical needs.
Inventory Management
- Help monitor and analyze component stock levels from suppliers.
- Analyze European overstock situations to improve inventory efficiency.
Communication
- Act as a liaison with subsidiaries regarding order status and logistics updates.
Work Environment
- Operate within an international structure, reporting to the Supply Chain Associate Director.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries, internal teams (Marketing, Finance, IT), and European partners.
- Use Oracle PO/OM ERP in a dynamic, fast-paced industry environment.
Profil recherché :
To thrive in this position, you should ideally meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Solid understanding of international transport, logistics, or supply chain principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Currently enrolled in higher education with a specialization in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
- A first professional experience in supply chain or sales is appreciated.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Open-minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented and international environment.
- Demonstrates an analytical mindset, strong anticipation skills, and attention to detail.
- Rigorous, methodical, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow.
