The team is now at a stage where they are looking to scale, actively seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in AI Engineering, ML Algorithms, and Python.

What You’ll Do as the AI Engineer:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-Agents with decision-making capabilities.


• Build clustering models to extract actionable insights from large datasets of B2B data.


• Develop and enhance recommender systems for thousands of customers.


• Work with diverse and complex data sources, ensuring quality and consistency.
  
  
  Implement efficient data preprocessing pipelines for training and evaluation.


• Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve machine learning models to meet business goals.


• Optimise models for real-time applications and large-scale deployment.
  
  
  Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

Experience Needed as the AI Engineer:

• A high energy mindset, biased toward action (building the next product).


• 5+ years of professional experience.


• High proficiency with AI frameworks, Machine Learning algorithms, and Python.


• Proven experience of building recommendation systems from scratch.


• Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.


• Experience in deploying AI systems in production (APIs, micro-services, etc.).


• Strong analytical mindset to solve complex problems and derive insights from data.


• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools:
