About the Role
Collaborate with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimise specialised AI agents from initial discovery to production.
About the Vertical Agents Team
Our Vertical Agents are tailored AI solutions built by Twin for high-demand use cases.
For example, our Invoice Operator, used by over 500,000 small businesses via Qonto, streamlines invoice collection for bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to identify needs and define AI agent workflows.
Work with engineers to prioritize and develop new features.
Craft and refine AI prompts and function tool calls.
Set up testing and evaluation environments to ensure agent reliability.
Diagnose and resolve issues to improve agent accuracy.
Test new agents and models for specific use cases.
Collaborate with full-stack engineers on custom interfaces and tools.
Provide clients with clear updates on agent performance and success.
Requirements
Experience with large language models and AI agent workflows.
Proven ability to work with enterprise clients.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Basic familiarity with Rust (nice to have!
)
