Philanthropic relationships with individuals, and specifically with alumni, are critical to supporting excellence and academic innovation at INSEAD.
The Advancement team has just completed its successful Force for Good campaign which raised over â?¬311M in new gifts and pledges with over 50% alumni participation.
To build on this momentum, we are looking for a new SeniorManagerDevelopment,Reunion and LeadershipGiving , to join our Advancement department .
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the job holder is a frontline fundraiser responsible for leveraging fundraising campaigns through personal solicitation, volunteer driven strategies and mass outreach approaches to secure leadershipâ?level gifts, up to â?¬50k.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake fundraising meetings with the goal of raising money for defined INSEAD priorities.
Organize and coordinate fundraising campaigns for assigned reunion classes.
Develop strategic fundraising programs by working towards participation and euro goals.
Provide ongoing support for alumni volunteers and committee members.
Identify, recruit, train, brief and motivate alumni committee members.
Initiate and oversees bespoke class-wide fundraising mailings.
Be open to performing other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related work experience Experience in a frontline and/or reunion fundraising program in higher education, or clearly defined transferable skills in a similar field.

Flexible team member and willingness to work irregular hours when required.

Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and technological skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with alumni volunteers and colleagues on fundraising priorities.
Ability to initiate and maintain direct communication with alumni.
Preferred:
Knowledge of French would be useful.
