* Previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
* Strong knowledge of F and B operations, including kitchen, restaurant, banquet, and room service management.
* Proven ability to manage financials, including cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
* Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills to ensure high standards of team performance.
