You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Défense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.

CONTEXT The position will be part of Group Total Rewards team which is:

§ A team of 9 experts in the management of Group Compensation, Benefits & International Mobility processes from policy and processes design to implementation and management.

§ A Center of Excellence in Total Rewards for the entire Sodexo Group organized in 7 Regions.

§ Its main areas of focus:

The population of 1,600 Group Senior Leaders and Executives of Sodexo spread across all Sodexo activities and geographic areas, The definition and deployment of policies and processes applicable to all white-collar population throughout the Group (35 000 employees).

§ The team is the functional owner of SAP SuccessFactors Group Compensation Modules and Sodexo Job Classification and Grading.

§ Modelling of Total Rewards Analytics to feed reporting needs for the Group (pay transparency, gender pay gap, pay for performance application, pay mix, pay evolution against the market, people costs, etc.) Being part of a team of rewards experts, the candidate is expected to work in close collaboration with other members and share accountabilities on the different domains.

Functional domains covered by the position will be:

Base salary and Salary Structure, Variable Pay compensation, HRIS, Job Classification/Grading, Pay data governance and Analytics.

Based on the candidate's experience the job can be held at Manager or Senior Manager level.

Context of the job and ambition of the Group Total Rewards team The Group Total Rewards team leads the ambition to further harmonize Compensation processes and practices throughout the Group involving international project management with multi-dimensional governance and multi-cultural environment.

The Global HR Function has engaged in a new stage of digitization of its HR processes with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

The Group Total Rewards team contributes to this transformation from a functional standpoint to the design, stabilization and roll out of the compensation modules (Annual Salary Review, Bonus and LTI campaign) partnering with Sodexo Total Reward Teams in Regions, Sodexo HRIS teams, and externally with HRIS providers.

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS § Deliver operational management of a set of compensation processes.

Accountabilities will involve the following activities:

project planification and management, process, governance and rules formalization, lead interface with Regions and with HRIS team, data modelling and analytics.

§ Take part in spot / specific projects on topics such as Pay Transparency, Grading, Gender pay gap, Living wage, people cost management, Sales incentives, and / or involving change management.

§ Contribute to the management of compensation modules of the HRIS from a functional standpoint, including:

Participation in developing the systems roadmap and the connection with other HR processes Solution Architecture, process design and setup for both new compensation domains or new functionalities; Governance and role definition; process formalization to communicate with stakeholders.

IT supplier management for ongoing maintenance or functionality and process new design Data updates, exports and reporting § Investigate questions related to existing programs, processes, procedures, information systems and their evolution, contribute to Group Reward policies and process enhancements.

§ Internal stakeholders:

Regional Total Reward teams, HR teams throughout the Group, HRIS teams.

§ External stakeholders:

HRIS service providers, Pay Benchmark suppliers, Consultants.

PERSON SPECIFICATION Master's degree or equivalent experience with 10-15 years' experience in designing, managing and communicating compensation programs will enable the job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.

To succeed in this role, an experience at Group /Corporate level and /or in a Consulting Environment will be key as the Group Total Reward Team is a Center of Excellence in Rewards for the Group Proven experience of at least one information system implementation & management in Compensation within an international environment is a must, along with experience partnering with HRIS and third-party providers.

Hands-on experience managing compensation projects with multiple stakeholders, and rolling them out effectively in a multi-country scope is required.

Ability to clarify effectively complex situations involving stakeholders in different domains.

Ability to formalize policy and / or process documents.

Experience in multicultural and international environments.

Ability to collaborate effectively in English and in a virtual environment is critical.

English is a must, French is an advantage.

Enjoys working with software technology, tools.
