* Proven leaderhsip experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
* Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
* Familiarity with restaurant operations, including staff management, service standards, and guest relations.
* Previous experience working in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is a plus.
