Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Paris for a CustomerService and MarketingAssistant at AtelierFévrier.
As a CustomerService and MarketingAssistant, you will provide exceptional customerservice, assist with marketing and other related duties.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2 years of experience in customerservice and/or marketing role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience with CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools is a plus Understanding and appreciation of luxury design/brand experience is a plus AtelierFévrier Paris Expérience souhaitée
