GreenStruxure is a partnership bringing together Schneider Electric's industry leading expertise in renewable energy microgrids and sustainability-focused investments, launched in September 2020 to deliver energy-as-a-service solutions to commercial and industrial medium-sized buildings in the U.S.

This partnership is simplifying and accelerating the market adoption of microgrids, offering an innovative outcome-based alternative for building owners and operators who want sustainable, cost-effective, resilient, onsite energy delivered to them hassle-free as a service by specialists with no upfront capital expenses or operational risks.

Headquartered in Boston, MA, GreenStruxure currently addresses the US market with an immediate focus for sites in California and Northeast.

GreenStruxure is a multicultural organization with various nationalities also having a presence in Europe and offices in Grenoble.

The microgrids developed, built, and operated by GreenStruxure are based on various combinations of generation and storage assets, edge controls and cloud solutions for energy and power management.

They are designed to match the specific energy requirements of a given customer.

GreenStruxure is also providing a set of Digital Services to share the outcomes of the energy-as-a-service contracts and ensure an end to end, hassle-free, service experience for customers.

Based in the Technology team in Grenoble, you will join us for a 1.5 year apprenticeship, starting in September 2024 to take the lead on two activities which are very customer centric and complementary :

Support the roll-out of our first contracts in the US (we now have more that 10 sites in operations with several customers) playing a customer success role and supporting our customers in the understanding and adoption of our services and their benefits.

Pioneer the go to market in France and Europe, understanding the market and the fit with GreenStruxure offer, supporting the team in developing first commercial opportunities.

Missions:

Customer Success management Support customers in GreenStruxure platform and services adoption Lead regular review with customer of GreenStruxure services outcomes and performance Coordinate customer support request and Services performance reporting with GreenStruxure teams Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate their execution with GreenStruxure digital and sales teams France and Europe market study and business development Market study:

Identify potential business opportunities and trends in France / Europe Benchmark industry and competitors' data to define market conditions Simulate projects with the support of GreenStruxure contract modelling teams to identify value creation Prospection:

Detect high potential opportunities Contact prospects to look for potential customers or partners and present our services Attend Energy fairs Offer development:

Participate to new offer creation and deployment Profile:

Students should be pursing masters degree (or equivalent) in Energy Management English:

fluent Knowledge on European energy market Communication and negotiation skills customer and service oriented Analytical and synthesis skills Adaptability to evolutive market, business, and company Proactive and autonomous to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
