Job Description The successful candidate must be reliable, ambitious and self-motivated, and can problem-solve in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Produce plans, elevations, sections, and details from field measurements, sketches, and mark-ups provided by Project Managers.
Perform CAD drafting work in accordance with office standards and procedures.
Perform a variety of complicated CAD tasks.
Coordinate project information and needs with Project Manager, Contractors and Clients.
Perform field verification.
Photograph current or potential projects.
Develop and prepare graphic presentations.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related area of study and a minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, RINO and or BIM Experience with SketchUP a plus.
Prior professional experience with Revit is preferred.
Working knowledge of Blue Beam preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Understanding of construction materials and building assemblies.
Strong understanding of Building Technology and Means and Methods.
Experience with Building Envelope Technology preferred, but not required.
Ability to effectively present and communicate information verbally, graphically and in writing.
Ability to apply common sense to solve problems and make decisions in non-standard situations.
