Job description?

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance and inspection of control systems such as DCS/SIS /PLC in the area of ?responsibility to ensure the reliability and stability of the control system;D


2. aily configuration and troubleshooting of the control system, and Cooperate with the plant to improve the level of automated operation;L


3. ocate the fault point through the system diagnostic tool, quickly respond to production abnormalities, analyze the alarm log and restore the system operation;R


4. egular system maintenance, backup system configuration and historical data, update software patches, check the redundant system switching function, and ensure high availability;M


5. anagement of technical files such as control system data, ledgers, problem records, etc.;

6. ooperate with IPL and SIF instrument testing and update related technical documents;F


7. ormulate the control system overhaul plan, and report, collect, store and use management of spare parts;C


8. onfiguration work on CAPEX, cooperate with system modification, loop and interlock test.
   
   
   

Requirements?

1. At least 8 years of maintenance experience of control systems such as DCS/SIS /PLC in a chemical plant;


2. Familiar with Emerson DCS system and Triconex SIS system, able to independently complete system configuration, troubleshooting and solving problems?


3. Understand the SFC and batch program of Emerson DCS system and have relevant experience?able to independently complete configuration, troubleshooting and solving problems?


4. Possess basic English communication skills, strong organizational, planning, and execution abilities, and good communication and coordination skills;


5. Proficient in using computer programs such as MS Office, SAP, Plantsuit IDM, etc.;
   


6. Adhere to company rules and regulations, and meet the quality and timeliness expectations of assigned tasks;


7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, completing assigned tasks with reasonable support.
