Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Juridique, vous jouez un rôle transverse et opérationnel dans la gestion des enjeux juridiques de l'entreprise.

Vous êtes force de proposition, en lien constant avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

Education:

Master's degree in Law (Bar qualification is a plus)
Experience:

4 to 5 years min.

Revue de baux, contrats d'architectes, documents liés au RGPD, amélioration des processus internes

Encadrement des risques :

proposer des solutions concrètes, anticiper les dérives et structurer les pratiques

Gestion et suivi des litiges, en coordination avec les avocats partenaires

Participation à la structuration de la fonction juridique en lien avec la gouvernance

Soutien juridique transversal auprès des différentes équipes (techniques, opérationnelles, finance, etc.)

Collaboration étroite avec les fonctions clés dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will play a central and cross-functional role in managing the legal affairs of the organization.

You will be involved in both operational and strategic matters, contributing to the structuring and strengthening of the legal department.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage various legal documents:

leases, GDPR compliance, architect agreements, and internal legal processes

Risk management:

anticipate legal risks and offer practical, business-oriented solutions

Dispute handling:

manage and centralize litigation with the support of external counsel

Build and enhance internal legal frameworks in collaboration with leadership

Support cross-functional teams (technical, operations, finance, etc.) with day-to-day legal needs

Work closely and proactively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, lean environment

Formation Bac +5 en droit, avec un passage au barreau apprécié

4 à 5 ans d'expérience, avec un parcours combinant idéalement cabinet d'avocats (Big Four ou anglo-saxon) et entreprise

Forte capacité de travail, envie de produire, sens du pragmatisme

Esprit structuré, grande autonomie, sens du contact et hauteur de vue

Curieux(se), rigoureux(se), à l'aise dans des environnements en construction, avec l'ambition de faire évoluer la fonction juridique

Goût pour les environnements lean, entrepreneuriaux, à forte exigence intellectuelle

Your Profile

Master's degree in Law, ideally with Bar admission (Belgium or France)

4 to 5 years of experience, preferably a mix of law firm (Big Four or international) and in-house legal roles

Strong work ethic, willingness to be hands-on, and high productivity

Autonomous and pragmatic, able to take ownership without constant supervision

Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and ability to take a step back when needed

Comfortable in entrepreneurial, high-demand settings, with a mindset focused on building and improving
