We are seeking a skilled BaaN ERP TechnicalConsultant to join our team in Belfort , France.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling technical areas across all Baan modules and providing end-to-end operations support for Infor ERP LN (Baan) to our esteemed global clientele.

Responsibilities:
Follow established incident management processes, including incident detection, categorization, and prioritization of issues.
Manage and resolve production incidents, c overing system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects, and end-user support.
Monitor BaaN ERP jobs and processes in real time.
Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes .
Ensure appropriate tools are updated in accordance with SLA specifications, including case notes, status updates, and case closure information.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and solutions to common issues.
Work on bug fixes, process improvements, and enhancements.
Minimum qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree .
Good relevant experience in BaaN ERP Tools Technical.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in French and proficiency in English .
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent skills in developing BaaN ERP Technical components.
Good knowledge of BaaN Tools, 4GL/3GL programming, Reports & Forms.
Extensively exposed to programming using Baan ERP 4GL/3GL language in developing sessions, creating tables, AFS, SQL Queries, scripts, Menus, Reports.
Experience with customization and conversion of standard VRC components.
Good knowledge of BaaN ERP Financial/SCM modules.
Experience in debugging and optimization.
Knowledge of functions, DLLs, integrations, automations .
Knowledge in admin activities user creation, PMC management, job management, audit management, DEM, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts on a rotation basis, willingness, and ability to multitask, able to handle client calls, manage, and mentor teams.
Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
Highly experienced in the production support and deployment of ERP solutions for global customers.
Business Knowledge:
Good industry knowledge and ability to produce high-quality content based on customer requirements.
Client Management:
Ability to establish relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
