As Banqueting Manager, youll oversee seamless banquet and event operations, ensuring every function runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team and be part of an elegant and dynamic environment.
Benefits
* 2000 USD per month with 13:
month salary and additional commission
* Expat Package, Private insurance, company staff housing, and one flight per year to your home country

What they are looking for:
* Proven experience in managing large:
scale banquets, events, and catering operations in a luxury hotel or high:
end venue.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to coordinate events and ensure flawless execution.
* Experience in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is a strong asset, bringing familiarity with the unique demands of such locations.
