Your Role:

This job involves biomechanics simulation and calculation software coding and maintenance.


Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a biomechanic calculus software pipeline to generate metrics for vision correction applications.

This position requires working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an enthusiastic team of researchers and engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Biomechanics knowledge, with a focus on biomechanics simulation and computation with eye models.


2. Creation of a software pipeline with CAD software and biomechanics computation frameworks such as Fenics to allow vision correction application simulations.


3. Provide technical support on biomechanics computation to other biomechanical researchers and vision scientists.


4. Write reports, presentations, and IP related to the obtained scientific results.

Main Requirements:

1. Educational background in biomechanics engineering or mechanics engineering.


2. At least 5 years of experience in biomechanical eye models.


3. Solid experience with CAD software packages (Ansys, Abaqus).


4. Solid experience with programming languages (Python, Matlab, etc.) for biomechanical applications.
   
   
   Knowledge of the Fenics package and meshing packages like gmesh is a plus.


5. Excellent English language proficiency.
