The Position
We are looking for an apprentice who is willing to join us for a one or two:
year(s) apprenticeship.
In a context of expansion and launch of new products, he/she will help us generate strategic recommendation for the middle and top management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
:
Generate clear, concise, and relevant business reports for Commercial and Marketing departments through the monitoring of field force activities, product sales, customer segmentation, patient dynamic, promotional investment..

Support the construction of our annual strategic plans and monitor the achievement of the commercial objectives
:
Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
:
Lead and/or contribute to commercial oriented projects such as product launch preparation, AI tool implementation, HCP qualification or commercial organization set up.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
:
You are looking for an apprenticeship lasting 1 to 2 years, allowing you to be regularly present in the company, starting in September or October 2025, as part of a Bac +5/6 degree course at a university, business or engineering school.
:
You ideally have a 1st experience in the pharmaceutical industry in either commercial, marketing, consulting or business analytics roles.
:
You have a good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
:
You have a level of English that enables you to understand and communicate both orally and in writing.
:
Autonomous, curious and rigorous, you have good analytical skills.
You make decisions based on data and can share relevant recommendations.
About the Department
You will join a team of four people (two people who work on Commercial Excellence, one person on CRM and one person as support CRM).
The Frontline Excellence Team position belongs to the Customer Engagement and Business Excellence (CUBE) department and will be directly working with sales management and other key local stakeholder trough all therapeutic areas.
