We are looking for a Système Administrator / BusinessAnalyst to manage and develop our Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
The ideal candidate has solid experience in system administration and business analysis, with the ability to optimize and develop training solutions to meet our organisation's needs.
Responsibilities
System Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain the Cornerstone LMS.
Ensure security and stability of the system.
Manage system updates and development.
Monitor system performance.
Create and manage user information and permissions.
Development and Optimization:
Develop customized solutions to improve user experience.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features.
Analyze user needs and propose improvements.
Automate training processes and management of training enrollments.
Business Analysis:
Review and analyze the needs of stakeholders.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor LMS performance.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Support and Training:
Provide technical support to LMS users.
Train users on system functions and best practices.
Create training documents and user guides.
Qualifications
Diploma in information technology, information systems, or related field.
Experience in system administration and business analysis.
Knowledge of LMS Cornerstone and its features is a plus.
Skills in problem-solving and project management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
Experience with project management and development tools (JIRA, Git).
Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management.
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
