Who we are looking for

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of professional development experience with Node.js


2. Extensive experience with the T3 stack, in particular:
   
   
   Next.js for React application development; Prism ORM for database interaction; tRPC for type-safe APIs


3. Established skills in React or other frontend frameworks (Vue, Angular, etc.)


4. Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures


5. Experience in managing complex projects and development teams

Nice to have

1. Working knowledge in integrating OpenAI APIs or similar for AI solutions


2. Experience in projects using the entire T3 stack in production


3. Contributions to open source projects

Main responsibilities

1. Design and implement complex software architectures


2. Develop full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript and the T3 stack


3. Collaborating with the product team to define technical and functional requirements


4. Mentoring junior and mid-level developers


5. Implementing security and performance best practices


6. Actively participating in code reviews and defining quality standards
