About The Role We are hiring a JuniorFinancialAnalyst to join our global European Finance Team, the group headquarters is located in Levallois-Perret and focuses on sales and service for the regional market.
We are looking for a business partner that takes an active part in shaping the future of AllianceAutomotive in this dynamic and international environment (US & Europe) What You´ll Be Doing Continual development of the Group's reporting structure as part of financial transformation projects; Ensure monthly performance reviews considering Group and local initiatives and communicate to Group Management and Shareholders; Contribute to the successful integration of acquisitions (Implementation of Group processes and performance tracking); Acting as a true business partner for all Europeean subsidiaries; Innovate and propose new analysis/processes and communicate to the European Finance Departments.
Oversee risk management activities carried out at local level, through periodic contacts with the regional Risk Managers.
What You´ll Need BA or Master of Business Administration or an equivalent with 3 years of experience in a finance position.
Advanced English writing and speaking skills are required.
Flexible, open minded, able to drive change and handle tight deadlines.
High degree of personal integrity and a trustworthy partner to the business.
Agile, with a critical mind and the ability to step back and make sense of your analyses, you are attracted by a changing environment and a constant desire to improve what already exists.
Strong MS Excel skills is a must (knowledge of Onestream would be a plus) To be able to structure and take initiative.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to form connections within an international organization by building trustful relationships of with all key stakeholders.
