Euro's 600 per day Fluent in English and French .
Telework possible, presence on site in the Paris region ( Boulogne and / or Paris 16) minimum 1 week per month.
CLIENT REQUIRES EU CITIZENS Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM evolutions (incident categories, IT self-service portal evolutions, including knowledge base and service request structure evolutions and associated workflows).
Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with domain best practices and OECD standards.
Create stories to feed nearshore technical resources, providing guidance and support to ensure deadlines are met.
Participate in development efforts yourself.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows and user guides.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of ServiceNow configurations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Train and support end users to effectively use ServiceNow solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR and Finance, to ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Participate in innovative projects on the platform such as the evolution of the self-service portal, and the introduction of artificial intelligence features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or a related field.
5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation and configuration.
Fluency in French and English , with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) would be a plus Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
