Bordeaux (or willingness to travel) We are seeking an experienced BusinessAnalyst to support the Salesforce implementation across Sales, Support, and Onboarding processes (KYC, Granting, etc.) in an international environment spanning 29 countries.
The role is based in Bordeaux or requires a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and development teams to refine requirements.
Write, split, and track user stories within an Agile Scrum framework.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide business support.
Propose technical-functional solutions aligned with the existing and future framework.
Ensure consistency with the target IT and Business Unit (BU) Product Managers' vision.
