We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in turning data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including macros and VBA, to automate reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.
Design, build, and maintain automated Excel reports using macros/VBA.
Analyze business trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Create and update dashboards and visual reports for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Work closely with marketing departments to understand and address their data needs.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements based on data analysis.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
Fresh Graduate are welcome.
Working placement in Bali.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, especially in creating and managing advanced macros (VBA).
Strong understanding of Excel functions, pivot tables, and data validation tools.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Looker, Analytics dashboards or Excel-based dashboards.
Understanding of statistical methods and business metrics.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present complex data in a clear and simple way.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
