Role :
Partner strategically with the Tech Lead to build our competitive edge through technology
Help evolve our tech stack, development practices, and coding standards
Develop core products and new features to fuel subsequent growth phases
Engage in specification, architecture, and implementation of our innovative solutions
Support the team to achieve productive outcomes
Efficiently combine mentoring with coding responsibilities
Focus on continuous improvement of existing features / modules
Strengthen testing and refine code quality
Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies
