Europass CV Job Requirements â?¢ Perform studies by analysing documentation in the JHA domain (primary and secondary legislations, studies and other applicable texts), documenting, reviewing and contributing to the elaboration of business use cases, stakeholder business processes and the associated requirements; â?¢ Perform requirement engineering throughout the whole life cycle of the associated activities; â?¢ Develop Requirements Management Plans, specifying the information and control mechanisms used for measuring, reporting, and monitoring changes to the requirements; â?¢ Develop Requirements Traceability Matrixes (RTM) to ensure all the requirements are captured, and ensure later on that the requirements have been met in the software product developed in the detailed specifications; â?¢ Ensure a comprehensive requirement gathering activity; â?¢ Perform requirements analysis, determining whether the stated requirements are clear, complete, consistent and unambiguous, and resolving any conflicts; â?¢ Perform stakeholders mapping, identifying relevant stakeholders for requirements input; â?¢ Collect the Business needs and demand requests; â?¢ Develop with Business counterparts comprehensive end to end use cases; â?¢ Coordinate with Solutions / Business Architects for the technical specifications; â?¢ Requirements Gathering Methods:

identify and apply adequate requirements gathering methods (interviews, workshops, surveys, job observation, wire-frames/mock-ups, etc.); â?¢ Liaise closely with the associated units / sectors, to capture and understand their business needs and processes, and to identify opportunities for improvement; â?¢ Contribute to the definition, provision and management of high-quality business use cases and requirements, addressing the business needs; Contribute to the streamlining and harmonisation of business processes; â?¢ Ensure the coherence of the proposed solutions with the corporate enterprise requirements / processes; â?¢ Ensure quality, consistency and completeness of the business use cases and business requirements by:

â?¢ ensuring that the quality of artefacts complies with the Contracting Authority's Quality standards; â?¢ ensuring that all activities performed comply with the Contracting Authority's framework, policies and methodologies; â?¢ Provide feedback for stakeholders training and support; â?¢ Supervise contract performance; â?¢ Guide and follow-up with consultants; â?¢ Review deliverables; Contribute to other activities of BRMS, such as (at governance level) preparing presentations, reporting and actions follow-up; Liaise with the Agency's stakeholders to better understand their business needs; Additional Tasks â?¢ Product Backlog Management â?¢ Iteration and Release Planning â?¢ Stakeholder Engagement â?¢ Attendance to Agile ceremonies Education Requirements â?¢ Minimum 4 years of education (master degree or equivalent), after the secondary school, in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent academic qualifications in the areas of Management, Engineering and/or Information Technologies).

Minimum Experience Requirements â?¢ Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience acquired in positions relevant to the .

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills â?¢ Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects and preferably also by certifications on internationally recognised methodology for business analysis (such as PRINCE2, AGILE, TOGAF, LEAN methodology, BABOK and ISTQB or equivalent); â?¢ Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle; â?¢ Experience in feasibility studies, market studies (software), and/or preparation of business cases and IT work plans; â?¢ Experience in project management tools, methodologies and best practices; â?¢ Experience in contract management of IT services; â?¢ Certification in Prince 2 and BABOK is considered an asset; â?¢ Quality-driven, service-minded and results-oriented; â?¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skills; â?¢ Ability to plan ahead, foresee difficulties and propose mitigations when required; â?¢ Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members.

Additional Qualification, Knowledge and Skills â?¢Certification and Experience:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.

Candidates should have proven experience in acting as a Product Owner within an Agile team, effectively managing product backlogs, and delivering value in iterative cycles.

â?¢ Backlog Management:

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that the development team understands items in the product backlog to the level needed.

This includes refining and specifying backlog items to ensure clarity and completeness.

â?¢Stakeholder Engagement:

Experience in effectively negotiating priorities and scope with stakeholders and the development team.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating the negotiation of requirements as dictated by project needs and market changes.

â?¢ Agile Planning and Iteration Management:

Proficient in planning releases and iterations, tracking progress, and adapting plans based on evolving conditions.

Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies beyond the basic requirements of traditional project management.

â?¢ Team Collaboration:

Strong facilitation skills to guide the team and stakeholders, removing impediments and fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

â?¢ Vision and Roadmap Planning:

Ability to articulate the product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps and detailed requirements.

Experience in aligning the team and stakeholders around the vision and the roadmap for achieving it.

â?¢ User-Centric Design and Development:

Knowledge of user-centered design approaches and usability principles.
