About the Role:

As a Business Development Associate at finres, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities that support the company's growth and for coordinating our business development activities worldwide.

You will work closely with our partnership development team and our Senior Sales Ambassadors to develop and implement strategies and find potential partners in building the future of resilient agricultural investments.

Responsibilities:

Generating new opportunities through prospecting Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities Develop inbound and outbound lead generation activities Attend shows, conferences, and other events to build a network 2.

Qualifying and nurturing leads Prepare and deliver personalized presentations to potential partners Nurture and develop relationships with prospects Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects Utilize CRM software to manage leads and opportunities 3.

Draw up data-driven strategies and conclusions on results and lessons learned Research and understand the trends and competitive landscape in agtech and fintech Collaborate with the partnership development team to develop and execute strategies Coordinate the activities of our Senior Sales Ambassadors Provide regular reports on lead generation activities Knowledge, skills and experience:

Fluent in English and French Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Finance, or related field Interest and/or knowledge of climate issues and agriculture 3-5 years of experience in business development Ability to communicate complex issues to a variety of stakeholders Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Monday, etc.) Ability to think creatively and strategically Company benefit & values :
