Amazon Global Selling is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join our Vietnam team based in Hanoi.

The role involves managing and developing a partner network of third-party service providers for Amazon sellers across various domains such as Payment, Logistics, Marketing Agencies, Paid Education Agencies, and Brand Services.


The goal is to develop scalable prospect seller recruitment through engagement with these partners via activities including on/offline events, joint business plans, and programs with regional and global Amazon teams.

Amazon Global Selling enables businesses worldwide to reach Amazon's global customer base, including over 300 million active users and 150+ million Prime members, helping sellers build international brands.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a network of third-party service providers to support sellers on Amazon.


    Regularly review partner performance.

  2. Manage prospective seller recruitment through conferences, seminars, and other programs.

  3. Identify market opportunities and implement programs to accelerate seller growth, including exploring new regions beyond Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

  4. Engage with prospective sellers to understand their needs and encourage them to sell on Amazon.

  5. Collaborate with local and global teams to support all aspects of the sales cycle.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in eCommerce, online services, or retail industries.

  • Proven drive to set and achieve high goals without compromising quality.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.

  • Effective data analysis skills.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about Amazon Global Selling.

  • Ability to interact with medium-to-large Vietnamese and international companies at the management level.
