Current Project Phases Manufacturing / Fabrication & Test Role Definition Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of packages (Flexible Risers Monitoring equipment) in a timely and efficient manner, according to Client's QHSES corporate policies.
Your goal is to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
You will also strive to continuously improve the delivery process, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Working within a small team, you are expected to have a technical background and are eager to learn to be able to manage the projects more autonomously, troubleshoot some of the technical issues that may arise, and be the frontline of the client's requests, ensuring minimal disruption to the delivery process.
Nevertheless, there will be a team of experts to support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
â?¢ Team Leadership:
Work together with a small team, fostering a collaborative environment while encouraging individual growth and responsibility.
â?¢ Technical Knowledge:
To be technically interested in the products supplied and be able to learn and answer technical questions.
â?¢ Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders.
This includes internal team members, company leadership, and external clients or vendors.
â?¢ Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
â?¢ Process Improvement:
Continuously strive to improve project processes, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualification â?¢ Proven experience in project management, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
