Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Partner for France.

What You Will Do:



  • Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services

  • Understand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and prepare proposals

  • Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements

  • Work efficiently with Talent Partners to source the right candidate for the right job

  • Utilize Workforce Global CRM tool to follow up on clients and provide regular reports

  • Represent Workforce Global with a professional attitude

This is a fully commission-based opportunity with a remote and flexible working model.


The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate and professional recruitment company.


This is a remote position.
