Responsibilities Management of sorting operations, including operational plans, sorting capacity, personnel planning, etc.

Coordination with internal teams:
Linehaul, Delivery, Commercial, Quality, Projects, etc.
Monitoring and control of operating costs and material consumption.
Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction.
Coordination with quality team for daily and weekly monitoring of quality indicators.
Qualifications ~5 years in a similar position. ~ Fluent written and spoken English. ~ Pack Office:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint. ~ Experience with WMS ~ KPI management and results orientation. ~ Reporting and root cause analysis.
Proven skills Operations management and multidisciplinary teams.
