Your next challenge In this position, you will work in close collaboration with the Executive Committee, global functions
- particularly Finance and Data
- and countries and play a crucial role in strengthening our performance management system to deliver Pluxee strategy.

This role presents a unique opportunity to discover Pluxee business model, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, and gain invaluable exposure to its broader organization.

You will report to the VP Strategy.

Your main missions:

Performance tracking and monitoring :

Propose and implement data-driven improvements to track and monitor the progress of strategic objectives across the organization.

Collaborate with global teams, particularly Finance and Data, to refine and align leading and lagging KPIs with Pluxee's strategic objectives and organizational priorities.

Establish a lean and efficient process for data collection and reviews, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and accountability across all levels.

Corporate dashboard improvement:

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously refine the corporate dashboard
- this involves gathering requirements, designing, and developing a comprehensive dashboard that effectively visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, trends, and insights across key business areas.

Ensure the dashboard delivers real-time visibility into strategic initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and enabling proactive intervention as needed.

Accountability and course correction :

establish benchmarks and targets for KPIs, leverage industry best practices and benchmarking data, identify performance gaps and areas of improvement, partner with relevant stakeholders to address challenges, drive initiatives for course correction, optimize performance outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder engagement and communication:

collaborate with relevant stakeholders to communicate performance insights, trends, and recommendations effectively, prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to executive leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, facilitate discussions and workshops to foster cross-functional alignment and consensus around performance objectives, priorities, and action plans You're a match Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, performance management, or related fields, preferably with experience in the technology/payment or B2B2C industry
- additional work experience in a large multinational group is a plus.

Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management frameworks, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms to drive business results.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to drive decision-making and a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Proficiency in performance management tools, dashboard design, and data visualization techniques; experience with BI tools such as Power BI preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience to change.

Fluency in English is required; French and/or other European languages are a plus.
