As a Project Development Engineer you will mainly be responsible for carrying out the land identification and contract negotiation with landowners for PV renewable energyprojects.
Responsibilities :
Conduct the land identification process and negotiate the purchase/rent contracts with landowners.
Support and follow up the project management of our Portafolio.
Increase our projects portfolio of PV plants through land acquisition Coordinate and support along all internal departments involved.
Manage and oversee the different phases of the development of the projects.
Requirements :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
A Master's degree in renewable energies will be considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in renewable energyprojects is desirable.
Native French & B2 English proficiency.
Availability for travelling within Narbonne area.
Driving licence (B).
