As a RGM (Revenue Growth Management) BusinessPricingAnalyst, you will be pivotal in conducting and coordinating cross:
functional business analysis/reporting for Offer teams across our European markets.
This involves operational action plans focusing on RGM levers such as pricing and discount strategies.

Define and oversee pricing strategies, coordinate analysis of supplier price increases, and monitor novelty pricing.

Develop recommendations and action plans for pricing and promotions, track their performance, and assess ROI.

Automate recurring reports, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of analyses.

Organize and prepare for commercial and strategic internal meetings by producing relevant presentation materials and analysis.
:
Oversee at European level the coordination of diverse pricing topics ( analysis of supplier price increases, price positioning of new brands within the ecosystem, customer studies to measure price sensitivity/elasticity, discount strategy on the web and algorithms)

Management of the impact of price/discount on the margin , ROI measurement of initiatives

Engineering or Business school education
:
3 years of experience in a business/data analyst role
:
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects independently and manage priorities.

Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of synthesizing numerical analysis into clear strategies.

Ability to coordinate / animate several businesses (Offer, CRM / Marketing, Finance, IT / Digital) and several countries around common subjects
:
Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL, as well as data analysis tools such as Dataiku, Dataprep, and Alteryx, and dashboard design tools such as PowerBI, Datastudio, and Tableau, would be a significant advantage.
