Contribute to building regional annual media guidelines and guiding memos.

In alignment with the European Media Director, define a full:
funnel regional media strategy for Institutional campaigns, Key Communication Periods, Parti:
pris, and My Sephora campaigns, providing market guidance.

Collaborate closely with other relevant internal stakeholders (Research, CRM, Operational Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media teams) to achieve 360 alignment and consistency.

Define relevant KPIs and contribute to media asset needs and prioritization.

Participate in audience targeting, segmentation, and brand surveys.

Ensure communication and close collaboration with all markets to achieve seamless onboarding and alignment.

Consolidate local post:
campaign reports (quantitative and qualitative) and insights to provide regional executive summaries, learnings, and recommendations.

Work closely during identified priority key periods with COADs, local media, and marketing teams to ensure full:
