As VM Manager Skincare/Fragrance/Minis, reporting to the VM EME Director, you will be leading our project developments and deployments in the European region.
You will be responsible for ensuring timelines, budgets, and proper execution in stores.
You will collaborate daily with our internal (Category Management, Purchasing, Supply) and external (Brands and Suppliers) contacts, as well as with the VM Managers MU and Sephora Collection to co:
construct a coherent store vision that aligns with our VM strategy.

Identify and optimize existing processes, and suggest areas for improvement (processes, tools, etc.)
Guidelines:

Oversee the creation of merchandising guidelines for brands and country merchandising managers to ensure consistency across all categories and the proper execution of in:
store merchandising.

Optimize existing guidelines and manage their updates in collaboration with VM Managers
Store Updates:

Oversee VM updates for exclusive skincare and fragrance brands, as well as for store destinations (The Next Big Thing, Suncare, and Clean)
:
Ensure compliance with processes and timelines
:
Supervise project managers in their missions:
brand briefings, validation of merchandising plans and assets, creation of the update book, and communication with EU countries
:
Support the team in daily exchanges with brands
:
Collaborate with the category management team and countries on the reliability and automation of store data
Development / Project Management:
Retailer Projects:

Build the project roadmap and budget plan for the next year in close collaboration with the category management team

Demonstrate leadership in the vision and challenges of the projects to be developed
:
Estimate the budgets required for these deployments:

Work closely with our design team to develop a brief and a 3D rendering of the intent, validated internally

Manage calls for tenders in collaboration with purchasing:
briefing from several suppliers, study and comparison of pricing schedules, prototype review, price negotiation, and supplier validation

Monitor project production and deployment

Communicate key information to the countries

Coordinate discussions between the brand and the design team for technical validation

7 to 9 years of experience in retail visualmerchandising, ideally acquired in cosmetics
