We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance Intern to join the Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud run team within the Kering Technologies department.

Your opportunity

The role of the Application Maintenance Intern is to assist in coordinating support and intervening in the resolution of incidents within the Salesforce ecosystem.

How you will contribute

• Work with teams to resolve incidents and handle service requests


• Assist in defining priorities and discuss issues and service request status


• Support teams in identifying solutions


• Participate in corrective application configurations


• Communicate with users to understand incidents and provide updates on correction progress

Who you are

• You have a Computer Science or Engineering Academic Background


• You’re proficient with Office Suite


• You want to explore the world of application maintenance / run / production


• You enjoy teamwork


• You are meticulous and have good analytical skills


• You speak English very well and are not afraid of a multicultural context
