Key Responsibilities:
Interact with the various customers to understand their needs and keep them informed of project progress.
Manage sampling and feedback analysis.
Set up partnerships to develop components and bring them to market.
Define the designs to be implemented and the manufacturing runs to be launched, code the necessary mask sets and follow their fabrication with the cleanroom technologists.
Define the validation tests and analyse the results in relation to the designs, suggest any necessary improvements.
Monitor the state of the art and keep abreast of technological developments.
Promote the results in conferences, scientific articles and patents.
Requirements:
Masters Degree or PhD in relevant field 5 years experience with Optoelectronic semiconductor components.
Project Management Skills:
ability to organise and summarize, autonomy.
Ability to communicate internally and with external customers or partners.
