Develop and implement change management strategies of the Change Management methodologies; Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed; Lead and facilitate change management workshops to build awareness and understanding among team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in change management; Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, with a high degree of cultural sensitivity; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
