Manager and coordinator of the tele-sales department in Bonneuil are recruiting a sedentary sales representative to work collaboratively with the sales team on a predefined client portfolio.

You will be responsible for developing sales and taking orders from your clients in the CHR circuit (Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants).

• Entering incoming orders, emails, and requests via My France Boissons


• Managing customer requests and complaints, via email and calls


• Supporting the sales team by staying informed of all commercial updates and relaying them;


• Contributing to and supporting the improvement of customer satisfaction within the BU.

Open to all candidates, comfortable with IT tools, motivated, and results-oriented.


You have successful experience of at least

- 2 sales and/or telesales, and you master sales techniques.

You possess good oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team spirit that allows you to build trust with internal and external contacts.


You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.

Bonus:


Knowledge of SAP software.
